The objective of this planogram project was to boost sales and to craft a cohesive brand narrative for Umbra by showcasing products within distinct categories. This initiative was designed for implementation across various ‘The Container Store’ stores’ end caps, enhancing both product visibility and customer engagement.

PROCESS

Preliminary item selections made by category managers, providing a curated range of options. Product selections were refined by meticulously arrangement to align with the overall brand story and the visual merchandising goals.

The layouts were developed using Adobe Illustrator, allowing for precise planning and visualization of product placement. To ensure accuracy and effectiveness, the designs were brought to life at Umbra’s headquarters in full 1:1 scale. This hands-on approach facilitated stakeholder meetings, where adjustments were made to perfect the final display.

By combining strategic product curation and thoughtful visual storytelling, this planogram project successfully positioned Umbra as a brand that balances functionality with design, ultimately driving customer interest and sales across TCS stores.
